● Checks accepted for 30% deposit required to confirm reservation
● Weekly rates apply Saturday to Saturday
● Daily & weekly rentals subject to MN state sales tax & 3% local lodging tax
● Check in: After 2pm Check Out: Before 10am
● Rates are subject to change - please call for current schedule
● Dogs & cats allowed; excessive barking & aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
● Charcoal grills, picnic tables, TV, HBO & high-speed internet on site.
● Our kitchens come complete with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all dishes,
silver, pots & pans & dish soap. Monthly or longer rentals please bring you own
personal & kitchen towels and linens. Laundry available
● Free dockage for one boat/cabin, additional space may available for rent
● Boat rental available
● Most cell phones work
● Quiet time sunset to sunrise
● Golf carts allowed
LEASE CONDITIONS

● Water & sewer maintenance - $500/year escrow
● Cabin repairs to be done by lessee
● Property taxes to be pro-rated
● Electric & propane to be paid by lessee
● 1 boat dock per cabin - extra boats $500/year
● Sub-letting is allowed
